Comment: I had water damage in my house and Maher restoration came out right away to begin the process. Mike was very helpful with meeting my needs and taking care of everything. Ray is great at answering all my questions and responding to my calls if I need anything, as well as keeping me updated on the progress of his team. The whole experience definitely puts your mind at ease after having to go through such a mess. The coordinator Karen also walked me through the process as well as taking care of everything that needed to be done. They also had a company come out right away to start the packing and storing of all my belongings so that Ray and his team can begin the restoration.
You are definitely in good hands with this company, I highly recommend them!
I wanted to add to the review, that my home is still under construction from the damage and I have had to make some calls to Maher's guys with concerns I had. I was able to call Ray on his cell phone and felt bad that it was after hours, yet he took his time with me and helped with the problem. I must say, they are great at customer service...Thank you Ray, for putting my mind as ease and solving the problem, even after hours!
